SAXSess is the ideal tool to analyse nanostructures present in all different kinds of samples, from liquids (e.g. colloids, protein solutions) to solids (e.g. polymer films, nanocomposites). It adds precision to scientific investigation and reliability to industrial analysis
The compact design of the SAXSess system ensures a high-intensity signal at the detector and therefore reducing measurement time. SAXSess allows to investigate nanometer structures between 0.2 nm and 150 nm. SAXSess offers line-collimation for fast data acquisition of isotropic samples and point-collimation for studies of oriented samples in one instrument. Two systems can be operated simultaneously in dedicated line- and point-collimation mode using the same X-ray source and detection system. The wide range of sample holders allows the investigation of almost any type of sample from cryo- to high temperatures.
• Design allows for high X-Ray intensity and short measuring times
• Simultaneous small-and wide-angle measurements
• CCD detector makes time-resolved SAXS experiments possible
